SmartChoice Wines brings together a wide, wine-related spectrum of participants, who share a mutual interest in providing assurance and believe this can be achieved through a multi-sectoral initiative. The SmartChoice Wines participants agree that assurance is best achieved through reaching agreements collectively on a set of standards as a basis for certification. SmartChoice Wines opens with introductory conversations with participants who have already engaged in dialogue around these issues and have shown continued interest. These conversations include financial, informational and planning resources needed to support the goals and objectives of assurance.
